SPED 5001 - Foundations of Special Education

This course emphasizes the history of special education; implementation of IDEA; current topics related to instruction, advocacy, policy, service delivery, and training; and a survey of disabilities. This course is designed to support the Performance- based Standards for Colorado teachers.
